Yes, Co-Signers/Guarantors must make 5 times the monthly rate, and will be listed as a Lessee of the apartment home.
Security Deposit/Escrow is based on your Credit Score.
600-699 = 1 month's rent
700> = $500
Yes, our community offers Online Rental payments.
Water, Trash, Sewer, & Pest Control.
Your utility package is already included in your monthly rate and will be billed as one amount each month.
Electricity: Contact Mid Carolina Electric Cooperative to set up services and they will bill you directly.
Internet, cable, phone, etc.: We’re not contracted with any providers, so you’re free to choose the company you prefer to setup services and have them bill you directly.
Our community allows up to two pets per apartment home. Please contact our office to learn more about our breed restrictions. ESA/ADA Animals are always welcome.
